Know your core 2–3 features
What's the one or two things your product must do on day one? If you're unsure, that's fine… we'll figure it out together.
Think about your timeline
Is there a launch date, a demo day, an investor meeting? The "why now" helps me prioritise what matters most.

If it's not, I'll say so, and point you somewhere better. I'd rather lose a client than waste your time.
